Our Home Inspection Pricing

Our inspection pricing is designed to be clear, straightforward, and easy to understand. Each property is priced based on its type, size, and overall complexity, so you only pay for the scope of work your home actually requires.

What’s Included in Every Inspection

Every inspection includes a detailed visual review of the property, along with the tools and methods that help us provide a more complete picture of the home’s condition. Depending on the property and weather conditions, this may include thermal imaging and drone imaging at no extra charge. We also look for visible signs of moisture concerns, pest activity, and other issues that may affect the home’s performance.

Condo Inspections

Buying a condominium is different from purchasing a detached home, which is why our condo inspections are tailored specifically for strata properties. We perform a detailed visual inspection of the individual unit while also reviewing accessible building components that may impact ownership, such as common hallways, parking areas, mechanical spaces, and exterior features when access is available.

While the inspection provides valuable insight into the physical condition of the unit, we also encourage buyers to review strata documents, meeting minutes, engineering reports, and depreciation reports. These documents can reveal planned maintenance, special assessments, and other important information that cannot be determined through a visual inspection alone.

Price - $400

Townhouse Inspections

Townhouses combine elements of both condominium and single-family ownership, making a thorough inspection especially important. Our inspection covers the interior living spaces along with accessible exterior components that are the responsibility of the owner, while also noting visible conditions of shared building elements where appropriate.

Every townhouse inspection is designed to help buyers understand the current condition of the property and identify maintenance concerns before completing a purchase. Our goal is to provide practical information in a clear, easy-to-read report so you can move forward with confidence.

Price - $500 up to 1900 Sq ft.

Detached Home & Duplex Inspections

A home inspection provides a comprehensive visual assessment of the property’s major systems and accessible components, including the structure, exterior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating, insulation, ventilation, and interior finishes. Whether you’re buying, selling, or simply planning for future maintenance, a professional inspection offers valuable insight into the home’s current condition.

Because every property is unique, pricing is based on square footage and overall complexity. Larger homes require additional inspection time and more detailed reporting to ensure every accessible area receives the attention it deserves.
