Meet Jorge Pailamilla

  1. My name is Jorge Pailamilla, owner and inspector at Reveal Home & Property Inspections, proudly serving Penticton and communities throughout the South Okanagan.

    I believe a home inspection should be more than a list of problems. It’s an opportunity to better understand your home, feel confident in your decisions, and know how to care for your investment.

    No home is perfect. Every property has its own age, history, maintenance needs, and unique characteristics. My job is to help you understand what’s important, what may need attention, and what you can plan for down the road.

More Than A Job

Home inspection felt like a natural next step after years of working in construction, property management, and building maintenance fields. I recently made the move to the Okanagan to be closer to family while continuing to do work I truly enjoy—helping people better understand their homes and make confident, informed decisions.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me playing bass guitar, volunteering, or spending time with friends and family. These experiences have shaped the way I work with people and the values I bring to every inspection: patience, honesty, respect, and a genuine desire to help.
